Morgan Beidleman, M.Ed, M.A.

Hi! I'm Morgan, a multi-sensory education specialist passionate about helping people reach their highest potential. I have an M.Ed in Special Education, an M.A. in School Psychology, and am currently earning a Ph.D in School Psychology. I have 12+ years experience working in education doing teaching, training, team building, professional development, and consulting. Using a strengths-based perspective, I help my clients become the best versions of themselves.

I started my career as a special education teacher in Hawaii, where I taught for six years. I appreciated the opportunity to support a broad range of children including those with emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, autism, and cognitive delays. I wrote and managed 200+ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs); assessed, developed, and implemented plans for children with academic, cognitive, and emotional needs; and worked with teachers to help students reach their potential. Additionally, I ran social skills groups with children ages 4-12, counseled youth ages 12-18 (individually and in group settings), and worked with entire families to stabilize individuals.

Over the years I have watched a lot of children struggle with behavioral and emotional issues, sometimes as a result of the difficulty they have learning to read and write. Because of this, I have focused on developing social-emotional competencies for all children. I have developed individual behavioral plans, conducted behavioral assessments, led professional development around social-emotional competencies and de-escalation, and coached children, parents, and teachers. I believe social-emotional awareness and regulation are vital to helping children become their best selves.
