  • Dr. Morgan Beidleman, M.Ed, Ph.D

    Director

Dr. Morgan Beidleman has worked in education for 15 years and holds an M.Ed in Special Education and a Ph.D. in School Psychology.

Morgan is passionate about helping people see their strengths and reach their highest potential. As a kid, she didn’t become a reader until she stumbled upon Nancy Drew books in fourth grade. Today, she still loves a good mystery.

A former teacher, clinician, and administrator, Morgan has written and managed hundreds of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), run social skills groups for children 4-11, counseled youth 12-18, and worked with families to support individuals.

Today, as the founder and director of REACH Learning Services, she works with children, families, teachers, and schools to teach academic and social-emotional competencies. Through her work, Morgan hopes to help children become their best selves.

Kelly loves helping students see their strengths, find joy and success in learning, and gain confidence. She works as a third and fourth-grade teacher in Denver Public Schools.

Kelly has loved reading for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she took a book wherever she went, and even tried her hand at writing some of her own. She struggled with math but got support from teachers who helped her speak the language of numbers. By high school, Kelly knew she wanted to teach.

After getting her master’s degree, Kelly worked as a Teaching Assistant before getting a job in Denver Public Schools. She lives in Lakewood with her husband and dog.

Jill's journey as an educator began in Brooklyn, NY in 2006, where she worked both as a lead 5th grade teacher and in an Integrated Co-Teaching classroom (a classroom in which a general education and a special education teacher jointly provide instruction to a class that has students with and without neurodiversities or physical challenges) serving students with IEPs and multilingual learners. In 2013, she founded P.S. 516, a dual-language school in Brooklyn, and served as principal until relocating to Colorado in 2019. In Colorado, Jill continued her work as a 5th-grade lead teacher.

Jill recognizes that strong relationships are the backbone of learning and works to build enduring connections with students to support their learning goals. She loves it when students feels confident and are proud of themselves after putting in hard work and effort along the way. Jill enjoys being active, creating art, and being a mom to her two kids.

Alex likes watching kids grow into their personalities and discover what they love about learning.

Alex grew up in Aurora, Colorado, and attended schools around Denver from elementary school through college. Her love of school inspired her to become a teacher. As a kid, she loved making art and reading—Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs was one of her favorite books. In sixth grade, Alex hand-sewed a model of a plant cell—possibly her most impressive school project to date.

These days, Alex still reads as much as she can. She also enjoys cooking, music, and spending time with family and friends. She lives with her husband and daughter in Denver.
